Have called customer service several times. In the week that I’ve had it, I’ve only been able to watch 3 episodes because their app doesn’t work. Ordered Glwiz just so I can watch the show Patrix. I am not sure if anyone else is having any problems like this besides the occasional black outs on the App. My devices are brand new, ie the latest models.
I have tried to delete the App and re-install it so many times, but no success. I had chatted with a rep today but was unable to reach a solution. I am not sure what the issue is and how to fix it. When I get out of the App, and I try to watch again, it goes black and does not do anything.
